A Series & Other MobileIt is 1 year I purchased Samsung A55 and I am yet to get the update of UI 7 and Android 15. Whereas, the new phone A56 is already coming with UI 7 and Android 15. A series has already been bestowed with the latest Android.
After sales, they are least bothered on the update and service.
Very poor service.

A Series & Other MobileI dont care who gets it and I have paid a fraction of what other did, others might have got money through some fraudulant activities, I dont care. Mine is a hard earned money and every penny counts. One year is a long period for any update after release.

A Series & Other MobileWhy i say this? Apple and Googlr write the code. It has the least amount of options and they can develop their OS right next to their products which gives the illusion it's "great service". Other OEMs do not get the code until Google is ready to give them code. This is often AFTER they finished their devices. This also gives the illusion that all devices code is finished and released at the same time. Their flagship could have been done months ago while all their others were done much later and decided to release it all at once.
Not to mention more options and more services REQUIRES more code and development time. Of course NEWER DEVICES will get lead development times.
If you really think this is BS go try and make a few prototype device and wait for Googles code.

A Series & Other MobileEveryone wishes to see the latest updates in their devises at the earliest. Comparing with other brands and devices does not solve the purpose. Put it into practice as advertised.

A Series & Other MobilePeople always use Google and Apple as an example how they can update their devices while they have to wait while XYZ device already has it.
I am pointing out their development cycles work which are IDENTICAL. Samsung can't do it that way. It's IMPOSSIBLE. The only way they can do it they way would be to write their own OS. Tizen remember? They got mad push back from Google AND even their fan base.
