The phone is extremely fragile... I lost two different A35's to damage from what I would consider (objectively) normal handling and a couple of unspectacular collisions with the ground....
Care+ coverage turned out to be useless. Samsung just shipped the Care+ covered device right back to me after a few days. No update, no diagnosis/recommendations, not even a work order to explain what they did while they had the device....🫤
