Sorry but I don't know of anyway to increase the tone that is sent when you tap the keypad while on the phone.

This is the only information that I can find so you might need to try contacting your carrier

DTMF and Carriers:
DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) tones are used to signal dialing equipment and interact with automated voice response systems, and are transmitted over the voice network by your carrier.

This is what Google also says but theses may not be available on all devices

To manage DTMF tones on a Samsung phone, go to Phone > Menu > Settings > Other call settings > DTMF tones and select either "Normal" or "Long".

Here's a more detailed breakdown of the steps and what DTMF tones are:

What are DTMF Tones?
  • DTMF stands for Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency and refers to the tones generated when you press the numbers on a phone keypad.
  • These tones are used to control automated equipment and signal user intent, like when navigating an automated phone system (IVR) or leaving voicemail.
  • Each key on the keypad corresponds to a specific combination of two tones.

How to Manage DTMF Tones on a Samsung Phone:
  1. Open the Phone App: From the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
  2. Access Settings: Tap the Menu icon (usually three dots) and then tap Settings.
  3. Navigate to Other Call Settings: In the Call settings section, tap More settings.
  4. Select DTMF Tones: From the Other call settings section, tap DTMF tones.
  5. Choose Tone Length: Select either "Normal" or "Long".
