Not receiving notifications for Voicemail

All notifications are on but I don't get notifications when someone leaves a voicemail....i talked to my service provider and we went thru everything and he even reset my voicemail....still no notifications when I het a voicemail 

Please help

Mine phone is too doing the same thing, no notifications .
