No longer can use my screen record on my Galaxy A54 5G

I can no longer use my screen record somehow I turned off something and I cannot remember what it is, I keep getting the message,

Connect record screen

To use Samsung capture tab settings then allow the app that can appear on top permission, 

What App? what permission?

At the same time I lost my phone recording function .

It has to have the permission enable e to appear over the top of other apps. Check the permissions. Nm. Glad ya got it. What was the cause?

Yes I was able to do that what I did not notice that I had to spend all apps before I was able to see the app I needed, I still cannot get call recording going
