This has happened to a lot of my family members as well. I use 4G mobile data and a Samsung Galaxy A72. I always need to connect to Wi-Fi to send a message to someone. I've tried stuff on my settings, like turning off data saving and giving a lot of permissions to those apps, but it hasn't fixed anything. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution?
I'm sorry. All I can further suggest is that you take it in to one of your provider's corporate stores and have one of their techs take a look at it. Again; I'm sorry I couldn't help.
