If Push Services is un-installed, 1. will it interfere with other apps and disrupt other functionsof the phone?; 2. will it stop all notifications from the Samsung store?

A Series & Other Mobile@Ms_EMR Try this:
First:
- Open phone settings
- Click on Notifications
- Click on Advanced settings
- Enable the option "Manage notification categories for each app"
Then:
- Open phone settings
- Click on Apps
- Click on the Galaxy Store app
- Click on Notifications
- Click on Notification categories
- Turn off (disable) these options: Instant Plays, Events, and General notifications
- Mark as New

- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed

A Series & Other Mobile@Ms_EMR You can't uninstall the Samsung Push Service.
Why are you even considering it?
It will certainly interfere with the operation of apps that use it's system functionality.
