I can't get my phone number transferred

Since these overpaid employees literally wanted me to do this myself I can't figure it out I have the transfer number etc,but they won't help me figure out where to put it

That is a carrier thing

@immacehole Transferring a phone number is a carrier operation. It has nothing that Samsung can help with. 

Once the number is transferred, all that requires is that you insert the SIM card into your phone.
