Stopping phone from ringing for calls from non contacts

How can I prevent my phone from ringing if a number that isn't on my contact list calls

Configur do not disturb to only allow calls and texts from contacts, plus any app you get notifications for. Keep do not disturb on at all times. Eveything else will go to voicemail.
