How to Roll Back System Update?

Just hadthe extreme misfortune to update to One UI 7 and I hate it. I love my audio books and I want the old media controls back. 

Does anyone know how to bring back the full media control, not the little tiny tab at the bottom of the page that vanishes when the book is paused for longer than 30 seconds?

I'm on an A54.

Is there any way to fix the media control so it's not a tiny oval at the bottom ofthe screen that disappears when I hit pause?

You can use Good Lock's LockStar module to install your media widget on the Lock Screen.

Follow the instructions in this post to add audible to your lock screen in my tips post.
You can also just tap the now bar and it will expand and stay expanded.

You can tap on it and it'll get bigger. You should also be able to turn off the small pill.

But it doesn't stay big. This is a convoluted way to access my media. Is there any way to make it stay big?

Thanks to those who replied. I was able to add that as a widget but with the old media controls I had the nice floating player and could switch between my music, audiobook, or podcast. I actually hate having it as a widget.

I don't know what Samsung was thinking, except they needed to make work for their software engineers.

I got a Galaxy because I wanted a phone that didn't have to be replaced every two or so years. I wanted to be sustainable. This was my first Samsung and after this disaster of an update, I plan on it being my last.

Now I have to figure out why none of the settings charge my battery to 100% 😮‍💨.
