Hi so my name is tatyanna <hidden> and I'm trying to change my email from <hidden>@gmail.com To <hidden>@gmail and it's not letting me do it do you think you can help me?

I'm not exactly sure where you're trying to change the email, if you're trying to change the entire email itself, you may want to reach out to Google for those steps. 

In regards to updating your email on your device, are you talking about updating the email on your Samsung account? If so check out this link - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00085942

I don't think it'll let you cuz without the .com it's not a real email address.
