My phone is the A14 model and after I last updated it, it's been wonky. It's telling me I have no data left, when I'm on a shared plan, but it's only affecting me. I couldn't make calls today, and idk why. I don't even remember downloading the Samsung Account app, and I can't find a way to uninstall it? I can't even find the app on my phone

Only account area I use is top of the settings page where it says Samsung settings

It's built in you sign in when you first use your phone.. if for some reason you're not signed in, you can go to settings. That should be right there at the top sign into your Samsung account. Or you can go to accounts, manage accounts. Above google in settings and you will see where you sync to google and samsung one of these, should point you in the right direction 😊
