How can I get my manual to display English?

My phone is running generic apps and my manual is in every language but English. 

I have a A03 bought from straight talk by my step dad that I bought from my mom. 

I can't get to a service center cause it's too far away, but this phone running this crappy app that's hacked chopped and is running my already horrible life. 

What do I do

Hello, @AnyBear. Allow me to assist, if you’re wanting to use the phone for yourself, and get rid of things that your mom may have had on there, I would recommend resetting your device first so that way you start from the ground.
