A Series & Other Mobile
Just got Samsung A15 5G & transfered my data from Motorola Moto G Power. Everything seemed to be okay until I was going thru my Google account process. I noticed that the Photos backup was "off". It told me to go to settings to fix it but there was nothing in the App's settings that let me change it. I researched it online, did what they suggested and still it is off. Is there some secret here?? I've never had this happen.
Thanks!!

I never owned a Samsung device before until now.
Why is Samsung having soo many issues...
I have never heard of people complaining soo much about their devices as the ones who own Samsung devices.

A Series & Other Mobile@BillyGalaxyS10Tab This area is for people who have issues. The millions of people who are happy with devices typically don't seek out a support area and post "Yeah everything is cool!"
