Galaxy app displaying an app update but...

When  clicking on the update all, it doesn't update the app. The app in question is the link to windows service.

I cleared the cache and data, as well as forced stopped the store app. No dice

It finally updated!

I've seen that for other galaxy store apps once in a while. I'm able to update it from the secure folder copy when it happens
