Galaxy A15 5G in call volume low and echo issue

Is there a way to make the in call volume louder as it's very low and at times I can barely here the person talking and also when I'm speaking I can hear a echo. When I first purchased this phone in June 0f 2024 the volume was fine when receiving calls but now I can barely here the person on the other end any advice would be appreciated.

Did the test show any problems if not could be volume button the top one during call

No it didn't show any problems when I did the diagnostic test but you know how when you do the recording and the one where it's in call it does sound very low at times and then at times it sounds loud you know what I think I'm going to take the case off the phone maybe it could be that.

That tells me system volume setting is low in settings in the sound volume option might have that off right name it's in there under ring volume and notification volume

Push the speaker button and the volume gets louder in calls.

I've tried that as well it's all the way up when I'm on a call.

But I don't want to talk with the speaker button, and then everyone can hear the conversation. I want to know if theres a way to get the volume to sound louder while I'm talking to someone because it's very low.

I just had the same problem. I called tech support  and they walked me through it. It had to do with the Smart Tutor app. I had to allow Smart Tutor all permissions. Then the tech remotely fixed my problem. Now if the volume is too low, I can adjust it with the volume button on the side of the phone and don't have to put the call on speaker.
