My Samsung Galaxy A14 through metro by tmobil, but I am using my Galaxy A16 for the hotspot.The A14 every other day will find the device wifi network,and bluetooth, and other days it just spins, and nothing comes up for my device. It's working right now surprisingly. I reset everything, factory, and settings, but it did it again. I had to reset setting once again, and it is working( k ock on wood) I used the device before for straight talk service beacuse it was unlocked through marketplace. Now, unfortunately, due to damage, I have to switch my galaxy A16 over to the A14,and maybe some advice from more experienced techs would be great! I can't afford another phone atm.TY so much
Well, if I could darling I would do it in a heartbeat lol. The screen is shattered,and glitchy, but I can turn Hotspot on for my TV and phone. The A14 was fine before,all of sudden one night just got stupid,not smart. Anyways, just looking for a key in the right direction. Ty ๐
