A Series & Other MobileGood morning. I have a Samsung A13 5G. Until about a year ago I never had issues with getting Twitter notifications whether the screen had timed out or not. Now usually if my screen is off until I turn it back on does the notifications I missed come through. If the screen is on they are usually instant. I have all the X settings, Power Saving, Notification Settings and Battery settings correct from what I have researched. I have not changed anything related to X and just cleared the cache and restarted. But once the screen times out the notifications come through but do not make a sound or are delayed. My phone software and the Twitter app are up to date. The screen turns on and the missing ones all come through at once. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

A Series & Other MobileThanks for responding. I changed settings in Twitter itself for notifications, via the app and the notifications tab. I made sure all the battery settings such as power saver were off, extended screen timeout, cleared the cache on Twitter and restarted, made sure the app and all software were up to date, in twitter made sure notifications are on for push and for the people I am following, there's more but I don't remeber directly. I went with suggestions from some forums and youtube videos. If there are certain troubleshooting tips you have I will address them one by one to if I have done them or not and will try them all.

A Series & Other MobileI cleared the cache and then restarted the phone. I did sign in and out and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

A Series & Other MobileI did go into the settings for X notifications and made sure that they all have sound, popups, push for people I follow, etc. Thanks for your suggestions though. It is odd as I said it used to work fine as I have push set on my PC and it used to be instantaneous on both devices. It could be due to the age of the device and I have been thinking of upgrading but otherwise than this issue with X everything I need/use is fine with this model even if it is older.

A Series & Other MobileI see that a couple of other users liked this post as well so since I just put it up today I want to give it a little more time to get responses. If not I'll mark it solved and then we can discuss upgrading to a newer model. Thanks again.
