I ordered 2 products which are Samsung Adapter and Samsung Galaxy A17 5G together. The company has shipped and delivered the Adapter on 12th January, 2026. The Smartphone hasn't been shipped yet. The delivery date is 14th January, 2026. I have tried to contact the Customer Service Center several times but the only answer they say is that they are working hard to get it delivered. I asked them to cancel and refund my money since you have failed to deliver my order but they are saying that I have to pay a fine for canceling the order which is INR 999. I have paid INR 22,833/- for the phone. They gave a false promise of delivery. They haven't yet shipped the order and when will they even dispatch the order. They have sent me the Adapter before phone. Where will I use their Adapter without phone.

You should probably wait until the delivery date has passed before you consider it not delivered.

Regardless of what country you are in, delivery estimates are just that - estimates.  You may get your items separately or together in one package, depending on what stock is available at the time.  Shipping dates and delivery dates depend entirely on whether they have stock on hand or are waiting for a supply replenishment.  The phone model and color you ordered may have sold out quickly and orders are fulfilled in the the order they are received. They may have anticipated having enough stock on hand to ship your order on time.  They have no control over their supplier's timelines. Even if they had plenty of stock and shipped on time, they have absolutely no control over the shipper's timeline either.  They can only go by an estimated time frame.  A delivery date is not a promise and is not carved in stone.  Many companies have a cancellation fee (or a re-stocking fee for non-defective returns).  This is standard business practice.  So, chill out and your phone will arrive soon.
