Hi, I hope you can help me.

My hearing aids were paired on my Samsung A35. I have had to replace one hearing aid. I then 'paired' them again. However, the hearing aid I didn't replace shows as one Bluetooth connection, and my new hearing aid as another 😒 I cannot get the new pair to show as one connection, and I need to delete the two available connections. If I unpair they come back as two separate entities, and a reset still brings them back!! How can I delete them so my phone can identify a new pairing, please? TIA.

Happy to report my persistence paid off. While listening to music through the paired hearing aid I tried to pair the other at the same time, expecting nothing or that the music would come only through the second hearing aid. Music actually came through both aids, and now only one option appears in the 'available' list. 😁

To close this query, and thanks again to those of you offering help.

1) the new 'pair' of hearing aids were not correctly paired at the hospital, and

2) Bluetooth hearing aids do not require a QR code - they are paired solely via Settings on my phone.

Everything works perfectly now, and I don't anticipate any further issues 😁
