I just got a Samsung Galaxy A35 G5 phone and the background for text messages and folders is black instead of white. That makes it harder for me to read since I am a senior citizen with vision problems due to diabetes. My old Samsung S20 FE 5G had a white background and I need to know how to get that back. Is there anyone who can help me?

Pull down on the top right of your screen to access quick settings. Tap the moon icon next to the brightness slider.
You can also go to settings > display to activate light mode.
