A Series & Other MobileThe color adjustment settings are in the accessibility settings. You may have accidentally tapped the color correction icon on the quick panel. Either find the button on your quick panel and turn it off or go to settings/accessibility/vision enhancements/color correction and switch it to off.

A Series & Other MobileI have not gotten the November security update yet, but I have an A54. My eye comfort shield is not greyed out. It only gets disabled if I put the color filter on. You could try clearing the cache partition, to see if that puts things back to normal.
You have an alternative if you need to filter for eye comfort. You can turn on the color filter, choose your color and transparency. I personally prefer Azure at 20% opacity, but there are several colors to choose from. Since the eye comfort shield essentially uses yellow to take out the blue light, you might want to start with that. I know it's not an actual solution for you right now, but it's a workaround (which to me is as good as a solution). It could also be that putting the color filter/color correction on and turning it off might jiggle things back into place.
Also, I see your screen profile is set to vivid. Perhaps comfort shield doesn't work with that profile, since using comfort shield effectively negates the screen vividness.
