Hello,
I am using a Samsung Galaxy A55, and I am receiving a strange notification that I cannot remove. The notification says it is from “Микрофинансовая организация ФРИДОМ ФИНАНС Кредит”, claiming that a monthly payment is overdue.
When I tap the notification, a full-screen message appears with a phone number and email. I have never used this company, and this message keeps coming back even after I swipe it away.

Here are the screenshots:

I want to understand:
Is this a Samsung system message or a scam/malicious pop-up?
Which app might be causing this?
How can I completely remove this notification so it never appears again?
Should I uninstall something or reset notification permissions?

I have already tried several methods to remove this notification, including checking app permissions, notification settings, browser notification lists, Device Admin apps, and recently installed apps, but I couldn’t find any malicious or unknown application on my phone. The notification still keeps appearing.

Thank you for any help.

Could be due to a third-party app you installed. If you long-press the notification, it should tell you which app is sending it. If you no longer have the notification, go to settings > notifications > advanced settings > notification history. If the app is identified, uninstall it.

Samsung does not serve up payment notificatons, let alone in Russian. You may have downloaded an app with malicious adware or clicked a malicious link which installed something. Do not click any links, download Good Lock's nice catch and turn on detect toasts and detect commercials. If it also has a notification sound, turn on sound history. The next time it pops up, check nice catch to see if the offending app is identified and then uninstall it.  If you can't find or uninstall the offending app, you will  have to factory reset your phone and selectively restore everything except the apps.  You will have to redownload all of your apps manually.  I'd skip the last 3 or 4 downloaded prior to the start of this occurrence.
