Calls are showing on my caller ID as an unknown caller or no caller

When someone receives a call from me, it comes up unknown caller or no caller I'd even if I'm in their contacts. It never used too and I don't know how to change it back. Does anyone know how to fix it , please?

Is it for everyone or just this person?

Go to Phone > settings > supplementary services > caller ID > show your caller ID and name sure it's set to network default
