Battery Diagnose is normal

My battery hasn't been charging. Now it's getting worse and even fluctuate from 19% to 18% I've ran Samsung diagnostics and it says battery and lightening cable are normal. What could be the problem?

How old is the phone

It's a Samsung A15 that I bought brand new in June

How are you using a lightning cable? Aren't those for iphones?

I had an a15, and preinstalled apps, using a non Samsung charger. It eventually reversed the battery to the wall component, i think. Samsung charger is your best bet, and see which apps use the most resources.
