A53 5G lost phone in Botswana

I used an A53 5G phone and it got stolen last November, I got an email that reminded me that it has been found but now it ain't showing on smart thing find at all except the one I'm using now which is an A35
In my country Botswana, Im having difficulties contacting any support team for help but it failed.
