A36 camera quality is abysmal

I recently purchased a A36 and the camera quality is terrible. In reviews of this product, the camera quality is great, but in person it looks terrible. Is there a way to fix it?

Could you give us a little bit more information other than the word "terrible"? Screenshots would be a very effective way of showing your concern.

As you can see here, the images look blurry and over processed. I have reset the camera app several times, but nothing works.

I don't have an A36, so this is what I found when I searched "does the Samsung A36 have the ability to change camera photo optimization?" I hope this helps.

I am still in the return window, but I feel like this might be a processing issue

Im kinda seeing noticeable improvements when I turned of camera photo optimisation, so I think that fixed that. Maybe in the future, Samsung will rollout an update that will reduce this outrageous processing.

I've a very similar issue, I'm not satisfied about camera performance whatsoever although my previous phone was galaxy a33 , my main issue here is the colors , they are significantly less saturated than other Samsung phones , besides the ridiculous overprocessing and oversharpness.
