My new A16 phone does not show my recently used emojis when I tap the emoji button while using Samsung Messaging App.
I have found and followed suggestions for turning on 'recently used emojis' in keyboard settings. Did not solve.
Spent a good bit of time chatting with a Samsung service rep. who suggested that I force updates and clear cache. Done and still no solution.
Others apparently want to turn off this feature while I'm curious as to how they got it working. Please reply if you've got a suggestion. And, thank, in advance.
