It won't charge when the phone is on and it's been like this for like I onost a year I have to have it powered off to charge how can i fixs this my phones a galaxy a13 5g
Phone most likely will be replaced if you have insurance. The issue is in the power section of the board. I have a iPad with this issue and needs the power section replaced ( tells the power where to go ). Isn't worth paying for it. But in ur case you have a phone and you need it.
