A05s mobile Does not wake the lock screan

Hi . I brought samsung galaxy A05s mobile . In notification , Why does my Samsung mobile phone  screen not light up when I get a notification? (Wake lock screen ) when the lock screen is off i hear the notification sound but never wake the lock screen . Any solution please ?

receiving notifications would wake the display In generally . But not in this phone . Any future update ?
