A03s keep restarting

My A03s keep restarting and im not sure why it has all the update but keep restarting by itself the phone will Charge to 100% I have Troubleshooting it 3 time but sell restarting can anyone help know what wrong with it

I had that same problem and I went to where I bought it from. Because I had a warranty, I was able to get another phone mailed to me. It only took 2 business days. That was the only way it was free. Otherwise, I would have had to pay a certain amount of money (can't remember amount), to get replaced right away.❤

Hi, Try wiping the cache partition to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. It clears unnecessary files, some of which may be corrupt.

Follow the steps below, If you wish to go ahead:

Clear the cache partition
- Turn phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.

If clearing the cache partition doesn't help, try to boot your phone into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the restarting.
