A Series & Other MobileI am beyond fed up with the A series phones not activating right at Best Buy. These phones have not been activating properly since we got them in February. Tried scanning IMEI 2 and it doesn't make a difference. The device does NOT prompt an esim download despite saying "preparing a mobile connection".
Verizon specifically will NOT send a notification to someone's email when they cannot text a customer a link to their phone....
There's no failed activation support from Samsung nor Verizon for Best Buy employees.
Please make a universal phone that can be activated with any carrier. And make the A series phones work... I will NOT activate these phones until they're properly working and I can get failed activation support for best buy employees without having to send them to a corporate store.

A Series & Other MobileSeems more like a Verizon issue than an A series issue. Is it only the Verizon activations that are troublesome?
