I bought the 27inch ivory pedestal for my Samsung Super Speed Washer model #wf50BG8300AE and when it came the installers told me that the pedestal was too wide for the washer machine and the holes didn’t match up and they couldn’t install it. So I had to send it back. But I can’t seem to find a small one and the washer is 27in. Did they not know what they were doing? What should I order?
