Washer stops working mid cycle

My washer stops working around 9 minutes after starting, and after 2 a few attempts to make it finish, it stops working completely. It started out of nowhere. Every technician has told us that they don't know what is happening with it and that Samsung isn't servicing PR. I need help since my washer since it's only been 2 years since I bought it. please.

Bad ground wire is what it sounds like to me

Have you considered the outlet it's plugged into is bad?  I had that happen to a washing machine I owned once.  Didn't find out til I went out and bought a new one that the outlet was bad.

Even if Samsung is not servicing PR, are you telling me there are no appliance repair services there?
