I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out regarding an issue with our Samsung front load washer that has been both frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how lightly the machine has been used and the reputation Samsung holds for quality.

The washer shakes, shudders, and produces loud clanging noises—sometimes even at the lowest spin setting. During spin cycles, I often find myself having to pause the machine and manually redistribute the load to prevent it from moving violently or causing further damage. Most concerning is that it frequently shuts down with an error code when the drum spins too forcefully.

We’ve taken all the recommended steps—checking the floor level, rebalancing loads, running calibration mode—and recently had a Samsung technician inspect the unit. It was confirmed that the issue lies with the drum. However, the estimated labor cost of $500–$600 for repairs is quite disheartening, especially for a washer that has seen minimal use and is expected to last much longer.

We chose Samsung specifically because of the brand’s reputation for reliability and long-term value. It’s difficult to justify such a high repair cost, nearly equivalent to replacing the unit, and I can’t help but feel that we’re not alone in facing this issue.

I’m reaching out kindly to ask for a fair and reasonable resolution to this situation. We want to continue trusting Samsung products in our home and hope you can assist in a way that reflects the level of care and customer support your brand is known for.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.
