I had this model WF45B6300 washer delivered a week ago as a replacement for the same model that bit the dust after 7 years. I have set up the new washer in SmartThings, but I am unable to select the "Download cycles" or "Laundry recipe" menu items. The washer has a Downloaded cycle option, so this should be available. I have tried to do this with the washer on/off, SmartControl on/off, but the option does not become available.
