Hi, I am experiencing an issue with a spark popping from the lower, right side of my dryer door. I have seen other posts on here with the same issue but the cause is never identified nor the solution provided in responses. Does anyone know what is causing this and/or how to fix it?
They are pretty large sparks with a popping noise. I have seen at least three other posts on here with the same issue but the only response is from Samsung themselves asking to contact them directly.
Then you should contact Samsung directly. This is a peer to peer user help forum and no one here can fix that and Samsung needs to know how widespread the problem is

You need to check the green ground coming in on your power wire. Most people have to install those themselves depending on what 210v plug, they have sometimes people disregard it or it can come loose. But you definitely need to check your ground if you call a professional. That's the first thing they're going to check, and I know samsung would agree
