Washers and DryersHi,
Hope someone can help.
I believe my Samsung WD80J5A10AX Washer dryer is not heating hot enough.
I have tested the heating element with a mulitmeter and changed the thermostat. I have also changed the main PCB board. What else could it be. Its making this noise now when I think its on the heating cycle.
Ive tried to test the heating element on the TST page but cant be sure its the right setting for this model.
It was making different noise before changing the thermostat, more a clicking noise. I thought it was the relay hence why I changed the the board.
What else could it be? I could get a replacement element. Could this be it? Whats this noise, like a buzzing.

Thanks all.

Washers and DryersAlso there is no blockage in the the filter at the bottom and no error codes.
Ive tried to drain some water at the bottom during a cycle. It is a bit warm but even on a 90 degree wash its not hot.

Washers and DryersTrying not to go down that route. It dose seem to be coming from the pump at the bottom.

Washers and DryersThanks for the replies.
I got a drain pump to replace it. It wasnt the drain pump but I can see the recirculation pump is blown.
As far As I can see they are the same motor. Very hard to find the model number of the pump.
I changed it with the new one I got but It seems to be continuously running now. Is it normal to have a pump? running all the time. Its making some normal noises.

Washers and DryersIt might just be normal noise now.
I haven't had it working for a while.
Do the recirculating motor operate most of the time from the eco bubble?
Its not too loud but its there most of the time during a wash cycle.
So maybe its normal.
Thanks
