Washers and Dryers

Hi,

Hope someone can help.

I believe my Samsung WD80J5A10AX Washer dryer is not heating hot enough.

I have tested the heating element with a mulitmeter  and changed the thermostat. I have also changed the main PCB board. What else could it be. Its making this noise now when I think its on the heating cycle.

Ive tried to test the heating element on the TST page but cant be sure its the right setting for this model.

It was making different noise before changing the thermostat, more a clicking noise. I thought it was the relay hence why I changed the the board.

What else could it be? I could get a replacement element. Could this be it? Whats this noise, like a buzzing.

Thanks all.

Also there is no blockage in the the filter at the bottom and no error codes.

Ive tried to drain some water at the bottom during a cycle. It is a bit warm but even on a 90 degree wash its not hot.

I would suggest contacting one of the service departments they would be able to better solve this issue for you.

Trying not to go down that route. It dose seem to be coming from the pump at the bottom.

Does it need cleaning from that puffy stuff in the back or could it be clogged up?
