Washers and DryersRefund link stopped working after attempting to input required information twice.
Link is no longer usable and can not find who to contact to resolve this from Citibank or Samsung.
Contacted Samsung - They indicated that Citibank would have to solve issue.
Contacted Citibank - They indicated that Samsung would have to solve the issue.
Problem was that the link used was in an email and one of the items needed to be entered was account number. We entered the bank account number where the money was going. The system wanted the Samsung account number that could only be found in a text message sent to cell phone.

Washers and DryersIt would be best to continue to reach out to Samsung directly via the Support tab in this app.
