I bought this Washer / Dryer set in May of 2023 from Lowe's Home Center in Temple, TX. It was the most expensive Washer / Dryer set I have ever purchased. We have been very pleased with it until August 22, 2025 when the heating element went out. Hard to believe since I have only had the dryer for approximately 2.5 years and it's just my wife and I using it. Being retired we do not have a lot of extra money, so I began to watch a YouTube on how to replace the hearing element and learned to my surprise it was a major fix which included taking the drum out of the Dryer.
I have requested a technician but have not heard back from one.
Lowes told me they did not sell this model anymore but wasn't sure why. Does anyone know if there has been a recall on this model?
The Lowes Applicance Salesperson told me it was not uncommon for the heating element to go out with in 2 years.
I had a Kenmore for 15 years before the heating element went out and it was relatively simple to replace. Not very happy with Samsung. Hoping they will stand behind their product.
