My Samsung (I believe it’s my washer) is pulling threads in my sheets and clothes and causing lines in the fabric and on one pillow case it caused a small bunch of pulled loops in the fabric but I can’t feel anything in the drum that could be causing it. My washer isn’t new but this problem is and I’m not sure what to do from here.

Washers and DryersHi there, I can certainly understand the concern and frustration with this happening. There are a few possible causes for this. To help with this, I'm providing a link to our troubleshooting guide for this and similar issues. The last section of this article discusses what to check if your clothes are ripped or torn in the washer.
