Today, there was an update notice popped up, so I allowed to update it. once it's updated, I could be able to run the washer and dryer but couldn't be able to enable the smart control and even cannot power off by the touch power button. I tried to power off and on by unplugging and plugging a power cord , but it doesn't fix it. and even I run the self diagnostic, it shows AC error code and the wash is totally unavailable
Mine doesn’t work either. Changed cable, turn off and on, factory reset and still nothing. Technician said they will replace the dashboard on both machines both bo answer from them either.
