Dryer function controls in SmartThings app

We just got this dryer and I connected to it but in the app it only says now only monitor functions available. Why is it somthing I did in the app or is it just not supported?

You have to tap the Smart Control button on the dryer to enable it this needs to be done every time the dryer is opened
