Does Samsung ignore its customers?

You've bought a washer and dryer.
After a long wait, they finally arrived home.
The installation looked so simple that I decided to do it myself.

UL Listed 4' 50 amp 3-wire range cord or
o UL Listed 4' 50 amp 4-wire range cord
o UL Listed 8' dryer vent with clamps (2)
o Steam dryer kit (5' charging hose, 1' charging hose, "Y" connector) *some models only

UL listed 6' water inlet hose.

Do I need to purchase all of the above separately if I'm installing it myself?

Samsung is still ignoring its customers and playing with their money.
