[Watch8] The Watch 8's Sleep and Steps Tracking

It turns out there's a good reason I've been so tired! My Galaxy Watch8 Series, with Samsung Healths Galaxy Watch steps tracking and Galaxy Watch sleep tracking, has revealed the truth. I'm severely sleep-deprived and racking up way too many steps. Knowing this, I can finally take action to balance my sleep and activity, and I'm really looking forward to feeling more rested and energized in the near future.

16,354 Steps in a day is too much

I need to improve my sleep score desperately.
