Hi, I have a Tab S10 FE Wifi edition and lately I can see that although the Tab connects to the WiFi, it doesn't really get the true speeds of it, neither in the 2.4GHz band nor on the 5GHz band, for comparison I checked with my phone and Laptop at same distance and both were able to connect and receive decent speeds. Has anyone face similar issues and how were you able to solve it? Or should I opt for service/ replacement?
I went into the network setting of the wifi and changes the "MAC address" from "randomized MAC address" to "Tablet MAC address" and it connected to the wifi. We also changed the wifi password but it didnt help until I changed the MAC address settings.
The tablet is new and I just noticed that, I have exactly the same problem, please if anyone has managed to solve it please share it, or I don't know if this is a warranty issue and I have to go to technical service.
