Tab A7 Screen Mirroring

I have the SM-T220 Galaxy Tab A7 Lite running Android 13.  Is this device capable of screen mirroring to another device?  I see plenty of how-tos on screen mirroring to a tablet.  There are a few posts about mirroring from a tablet but they all start with "open SmartView".  I don't seem to have SmartView.  I would like to screen mirror to a Vizio TV with a Verizon cable box and a Roku.  The TV, Verizon box, and Roku all show up as available for "screen cast" on my (not-Samsung) Android phone.

Any advice is appreciated.

There is no SmartView available when swiping down.

I can swipe down and click on "Edit Buttons" but there is nothing at all about screen casting or screen mirroring or SmartView.

These are all the options I have in Quick Settings.  No SmartView.  Nothing that looks like screen cast or screen mirror.
