I have no idea what it is because I've never used it, but it turned on randomly when my device went to 15% and now I'm stuck in it. When I try to turn it off, it says "Cant change this setting while Samsung DeX is running", and I can't turn off DeX because i need to "Turn off Limit apps and Home screen to start Samsung DeX", and I can't do that because I cant turn off battery saving mode....
Power saving goes on automatically when the device battery goes below a certain level, usually 15%-12%. It usually comes out of it on its own after the device has been charged. Have you tried clearing the tablet's cache partition? I understand it's a bit different method than with the phone, but you can search on here how to do it.
Have you powered down the tablet and charged it while it was off? Doing that may be just enough to make your tablet behave normally.
