TabletsCheck Wear->Watch Settings->Apps->>Samsung Health->Allow Background Activity=ON
If that doesn't help I would backup and then reset the watch.

TabletsAs long as your Tablet is signed into the same Samsung.com account it should synced but unlike the phone, there is quite a lag when syncing.
